The firm champions justice as a relentless advocate for individuals navigating workplace inequities, immigration challenges, housing discrimination, and estate planning across Florida. WebAnts delivered a bilingual WordPress site that brought this mission front and centre — converting visitors into consultation bookings while giving the firm the credibility its track record deserved.
Challenge
MDM Legal’s existing digital presence undersold a firm with exceptional credentials and a genuine track record — Florida Trend Legal Elite recognition, President’s Awards from the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division, and a 5.0★ Google rating from real clients. Their four practice areas (Labour & Employment, Housing Law, Immigration, and Estate Planning) lacked dedicated pages with enough depth to rank for the searches their ideal clients were making. The site had no bilingual capability despite serving a Spanish-speaking client base across South Florida, and no conversion flow beyond a generic contact form.
Solution
A full WordPress build — custom designed, no templates — centred on the firm’s positioning as “relentless advocates” for clients who feel seen, heard, and empowered. Dedicated practice area pages for all four disciplines. Attorney profiles for Denise and Masimba with credentials, bar recognitions, and direct contact links. A “Book A Consult” primary CTA and a “Pay My Invoice” client portal link in the navigation. A “For Landlords” section under Housing Law. Full Spanish-language version. Accessibility widget included from day one.

Week 1–2
Discovery & Audit
Mapped all four practice areas against real client search intent — employment discrimination, landlord-tenant disputes, immigration petitions, and estate planning. Competitive audit across West Palm Beach legal market.
Week 3–4
Design
Full Figma designs — homepage, practice area templates, attorney profile pages, and a bilingual (English/Spanish) content architecture. Brand colours, typography, and the "relentless advocate" positioning translated into a confident visual identity.
Week 5–8
Build
WordPress build: dedicated practice area pages with LegalService schema, individual attorney profiles for Denise and Masimba Mutamba, Book A Consult and Pay My Invoice flows, an accessibility widget, and a full Spanish-language version at /es.
Week 9
Launch & Handover
Go-live with Google Search Console submission, structured data validation, and training for the firm's team on updating content across both language versions.
