What platform do you use for membership sites?

Members can manage their own subscriptions through Stripe Customer Portal.
Can members manage their own subscriptions?
Yes. Stripe Customer Portal gives members a self-service interface to update payment methods, upgrade or downgrade plans, pause, or cancel, without contacting your team. This significantly reduces churn from involuntary cancellations and support burden.
