Solution
Full visual redesign retaining the existing brand palette (navy, white, electric blue CTA) and logo, with an entirely new page architecture and content hierarchy. Framer Motion scroll-triggered reveals on every section. Separate conversion journeys for Companies (talent acquisition) and Professionals (career placement). Industry sector pages for Workspace Technology and Building Technologies. Stats bar prominently displaying the 98.7% success rate, 700+ hires, and tenure figures above the fold. Optimised contact form with clear CTA positioning and reduced field friction — the primary driver of the 60% conversion uplift. Core Web Vitals moved from Poor to Good across all metrics.
